With the addition of half doors standard on some models and aftermarket half doors for the ZForce models, comes the need for upper doors. Well, 3 Star Industries has gotcha covered. When you find that your windshield, hard top, and rear windshield isn’t keeping you warm, add the 3 Star upper doors to totally seal the cab of your ZForce. The soft upper doors for the ZForce are an economical way to enclose the cab. While we call them soft, the upper doors are made of heavy duty material to withstand whatever elements come at them. Don’t have a rear windshield? 3 Star’s upper doors work great with our Lexan rear windshield or our soft rear panel.
When the temperature rises, either roll the upper doors back and secure open or remove them until needed again. While the upper doors work beautifully with our windshields, back panels, and soft tops, they work with any manufacturer’s enclosure accessories. The upper doors are also available with Snap fasteners along the bottom of the doors.
Upper Doors Features:
- The doors are manufactured using 11.5 oz. Top Gun polyester. Top Gun is a professional marine grade fabric made for rugged environments. Top Gun’s features include a stabilized fit of less than 1% stretch or shrinkage. Top Gun is water repellent, tear resistant, puncture resistant, UV and mildew resistant.
- The windows in the upper doors are made of 30 gauge double-polished vinyl.
- All raw materials used are heavy-duty including military grade hook and loop (Velcro), #10 YKK zippers, high tenacity, heat resistant, continuous multi-filament polyester yarns.
- The upper doors are proudly designed and manufactured in the U.S.A.
- The installation kit comes with everything needed including self-adhesive hook (the rough side of Velcro), care and installation instructions.
